Simply use the following steps:

*When booking your travel, ask your travel agent to include the SHPE Business ExtrAA account number 777451 when making your reservations on American Airlines, American Eagle or AmericanConnection .When booking thru www.aa.com, enter the SHPE Business ExtrAA account number 777451 in the Business ExtrAA Account Number field in the passenger information.

You can still include your AAdvantage number and earn miles for yourself in addition to the Business ExtrAA points that SHPE will receive.
