National Institute for Leadership Advancement (NILA)
NILA is an intense leadership conference that brings together the chapter leaders of each SHPE Student and Professional Chapter across the U.S. to develop leadership skills.

Regional Leadership Development Conference (RLDC) RLDCs are hosted in seven regions across the U.S. and held annually in February, March and April. During the RLDCs, local SHPE chapters and their members meet and participate in sponsor led workshops and seminars, case study competitions and career fairs (career fairs vary upon region).
