This workshop will feature a panel of LGBTQIA+ professionals in STEM. Queer Latinxs will be able to meet role-models and find a supportive community to help them address the challenges while recognizing the value of their intersectionality as they navigate the STEM professional fields. Allies of the LGBTQIA+ community will also be able to learn effective allyship practices and gain a deeper understanding of LGBTQIA+ inclusivity.
