About the Presenter
Manny De La Cruz has been with the ExxonMobil Corporation for over 8 years. He currently works for the ExxonMobil Chemical Company as the North America Olefins Optimizer, coordinating with all ExxonMobil steam crackers in the US and Canada.
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Manny is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from The University of Texas San Antonio byway of San Antonio College. He is a major contributor and volunteer to ExxonMobil’s GOAL (Global Organization for the Advancement of Latinos), Future Leaders Academy, Latinos of Fast Track Program, SHPE recruiting team, and UTRGV recruiting team.
Manny currently resides in the Houston area with his wife Alyssa and children Jordyn, Fabian, and Xavier. He enjoys spending time with family, woodworking, playing music, and podcasting.
