The Boys & Girls Club of Carlsbad, N.M., has partnered with the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation and Devon Energy to create a STEM lab geared toward K-12 students. Officials said the lab offers opportunities for students to explore subjects, such as coding and circuitry, and seeks to boost interest in STEM careers.
