About the Presenter

Joshua Pascoe is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition within Honeywell’s Aerospace organization. In this role, he oversees the hiring for a 30,000+ employee global organization, focused on speed and quality of hires. He also drives Inclusion and Diversity initiatives across Aerospace.
Since joining Honeywell in 2000, Josh has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility within Human Resources (HR). For ten years he was a Generalist/Manager/Director in both the Chemicals and the Aerospace business. In his last role, Josh was HR Director for the Aerospace Engines business, overseeing manufacturing sites in four countries. Josh has been in HR Services for seven years primarily focused on Change Management, Communications, and Analytics.
Josh has a business degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec and a Masters Degree in HR from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. After growing up outside of Toronto, Josh has spent the past 20 years moving further south. He has lived happily in Phoenix, Arizona for the past 12 years. He is married with 2 children and spends his free time rooting for the Arizona Diamondbacks.
